Alan Arrivas is the Art Director at MAJKL Games LLC, with a rich background in both video game development and animated film production. He has contributed to major projects at renowned studios such as Sony and SEGA. His portfolio includes notable titles like World of Tanks (PAX East demo), FIFA 2017, and the animated feature Monkey King: Hero is Back. Beyond entertainment, Alan led a team of artists and animators in a high-profile NASA pitch for United Space Structures.

Kristina Chan is the Operations Director, Game Producer & Writer at MAJKL Games LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in business operations, supply chain management, and IT systems strategy. A seasoned leader, Kristina has worked with global brands like Nike, Sony, Sephora, L’Occitane, and TJX, leading major systems integrations and upgrades across platforms. Her specialty is in bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and creative execution—delivering streamlined operations, including forecasting and inventory & distribution management that enable teams to innovate and perform at their best.

Alan studied Computer Graphics and Filmmaking at Cogswell College, where he honed his artistic vision and technical skills, laying the foundation for his creative work across games, film, and animation. His creative career extends into producing and managing feature films like Frozen Stars and Bomb City. With additional expertise in digital marketing, Alan has successfully managed ecommerce platforms and campaigns that have driven over $500 million in annual sales revenue.

Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco, combining tech know-how with real-world business strategy—a mix that’s shaped her career.

In addition to her technical & business acumen, Kristina is a published author of both children’s books and young adult fiction. Her works include Mac & Cheese Adventure: A World Tour of Cheesy Delights!, Anna Banana & the Imaginary World of Dots, My Inspirational ABC’s: A Colorful Journey of Joyful Affirmations, and the YA fantasy novel Cupid Academy Chronicles – Fallen, which serves as the narrative foundation for MAJKL’s debut title.

Michael Magno is the Fundraising Director at MAJKL Games LLC, bringing with him a strong background in grant management, finance, and strategic development. With years of experience navigating the complex landscape of public funding, Michael has successfully secured and managed multi-million dollar grants from federal, state, and city agencies. His expertise spans the entire grant lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals to ensuring compliance, budget accuracy, and timely reporting.

Michael’s understanding of funding strategy and his knack for aligning project goals with grantor priorities have helped organizations scale, innovate, and deliver on their missions. At MAJKL Games, he plays a key role in unlocking resources that fuel creative growth and bring ambitious game projects to life.
